How we handle your data.

This privacy notice explains what personal data the EX-AI-Summit collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the summit registration, speaker, investor and pitch forms. The Spanish venue falls under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Reglamento General de Protección de Datos) and Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD); the Bali venue is run by our Indonesian host entity.

Data controllers

EX Venture Inc. is the overall data controller for summit registrations and the website. The Bali in-person event is organised by our host company Epic Solutions Global PT (NIB 2104260255656, Jl. Padang Tawang No.51, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351), which acts as joint controller for Bali in-person attendee data. For any privacy matter, write to summit@exventure.co.

What we collect

Identity and contact: name, email and any LinkedIn URL you share with us.
Attendance details: online or in person (Las Palmas / Bali), organisation role and interests.
Messages: anything you send via the contact, speaker, investor or pitch forms.
Account messages: private messages exchanged through the in-app attendee inbox.
Technical: cookies and basic usage data (see Cookies below).

Why and on what basis

Registration, payment and access: performance of a contract.
Answering your enquiry and sending confirmations: our legitimate interest in running the event.
Sending summit email: only where you ask to be contacted or opt in.
Mandatory accounting records: legal obligation.
Aggregated, anonymised statistics: legitimate interest, with no individuals identifiable.

Sharing

We share data only with our payment and email infrastructure providers (acting as processors), with the Bali host company for Bali in-person attendance, and where required by law. We never sell your personal data and we are not selling shares through this site; see the legal disclaimers.

Retention

We keep registration and enquiry data for as long as needed to run the summit and our follow-up, plus any legally required accounting period. In-box messages are kept while your account is active.

Your rights

EU and UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es). To exercise a right, email summit@exventure.co.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and stay on by default. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics with anonymized IP and Google Consent Mode) only load after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site storage. No advertising cookies are set.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses or a recognised adequacy decision in line with applicable law.
